A New York appellate court ruled that a worker was entitled to partial summary judgment on his Labor Law claim for a fall through a duct. Case: Zhou v. 828 Hamilton, No. 2017-08985, 06/12/2019, published. Facts: Yiming Zhou was a salesman at a kitchen plumbing supply center owned by Bright Way Cabinets and Home Centers Inc.
