WCD Kicks Off Implementation Phase of Electronic Records Project

Kansas' workers' compensation agency has begun creating an electronic records system, a process expected to take 22 months.  By October 2018, parties in workers' compensation cases will be able to file documents related to claims, medical disputes and litigation online, if the project runs on schedule.
