House Passes Bill to Exempt WCC From Rulemaking Requirements

The Virginia House of Delegates on Monday unanimously passed a bill that would exempt certain rules of the Workers’ Compensation Commission from formal rulemaking requirements as long as the commission offers an opportunity for public comment before adopting the rules. The House voted 98-0 to pass HB 1418 by Del. Terry G. Kilgore, R-Gate City.
