House Passes Bill to Exempt WCC From Rulemaking Requirements

The Virginia House of Delegates on Monday unanimously passed a bill that would exempt certain rules of the Workers’ Compensation Commission from formal rulemaking requirements as long as the commission offers an opportunity for public comment before adopting the rules.
