The New York Liquidation Bureau has asked the state Supreme Court to close out the liquidation proceeding involving workers' compensation carrier Consolidated Mutual Insurance Co., to authorize continued payment of administrative costs and to disburse the assets of the failed carrier.The Supreme Court of New York has scheduled a liquidation hearing for Sept. 20 in Brooklyn, N.Y.
