The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation has determined its discount and interest rate for the period from April 1 through June 30, Workers’ Compensation Commissioner Ryan Brannan announced in a release.
Any interest or discount provided for in the state’s workers’ compensation statute during that period will be at the rate of 3.77%.
