Rules Amended for Treatment Authorization, Compensability

Regulators have posted amended rules of procedure for the North Dakota Workers' Compensation Act relating to power mobility devices, physical therapy assistants, certified occupational therapy assistants and certified athletic trainers. The new rules also amend attorney requirements, mileage and per diem for travel, rehabilitation services, definitions, medical necessity, motor vehicle purchase, home modifications, who may be reimbursed, treatment requiring authorization, and cost of copies of records.
