Board Upholds $80K in Fines Against Barrett Business Services

The California Occupational Safety and Health Appeals Board has upheld citations issued to staffing firm Barrett Business Services after a 2011 carbon monoxide leak in an Anaheim warehouse sent eight temporary workers to the hospital.
