KEMI Announces $15.9M Dividend

Kentucky Employers’ Mutual Insurance announced a $15.9 million dividend for eligible policyholders. More than 13,000 policyholders will receive a 20% return on the total premiums paid in 2020, the carrier said. Policyholders must have a current and active policy with KEMI to be eligible for the dividend. They must also have had an active policy for all 12 months of 2020 and a loss ratio of 65% or better for the 2020 policy year. KEMI said dividend checks will be distributed throughout August.
