Federal prosecutors announced that a man overseeing an employment agency in Massachusetts pleaded guilty to charges that included underreporting payroll to reduce work comp premiums.
Tam Vuong, 46, on Thursday pleaded guilty to 14 counts of wire fraud and four counts of failing to pay taxes. He is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 1.
