The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division announced that maximum attorney fees, permanent disability and temporary disability benefits are increasing 4.693% July 1 to match the increase in the state’s average weekly wage.
The average weekly wage used to calculate workers’ compensation benefits between July 1 and June 30, 2021, is $1,093.41, up from $1,044.40.
The maximum temporary total disability rate will increase to $1,454.24 for injuries suffered on or after July 1, from $1,389.05.
