Now that lawmakers have turned their attention to passing a budget, it's unlikely Minnesota will approve a post-traumatic stress disorder presumption for first responders this year despite a lawmaker's late-session attempt to gain momentum on the proposal. In the days leading up to Monday's proposed adjournment date, Sen. Dan Schoen, DFL-St. Paul Park, urged people to tell their lawmakers to support SF 1293.
