Washington's Department of Labor and Industries has proposed changes to its general reporting and record-keeping rules, and the rules governing workers' compensation rates and classifications.
The rules primarily correct out-of-date references, revise wording and formatting, and codify current agency practices, L&I said in a notice announcing the proposal.
