The Dec. 12 sentencing hearing for Michael D. Drobot should be delayed until next year to allow him the opportunity to testify against any co-conspirators and enable prosecutors to assess his cooperation in connection with a sentencing recommendation, according to a joint stipulation filed with the U.S. District Court for Central California.
