The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries said it fined a roofing company $1.2 million for allegedly disregarding workplace safety rules that it also violated a year ago.
The department said it inspected Allways Roofing at three job sites between December 2020 and March 2021 and found 12 willful serious violations, including employees who were on a roof without fall protection.
