Bill Would Create Task Force to Study WC Fraud

A bill in the Montana House of Representatives would create a task force to study workers' compensation fraud in the state from all angles. The bill, House Joint Resolution 31, went through its first hearing in the House Human Services Committee on Monday. No information on the outcome of the hearing was available by press time.
