Facts: Jeff South worked for Mueller Industries Inc. While driving a forklift at work in August 2017, he felt a searing pain in his right wrist up to his right elbow.
X-rays taken that day revealed that his wrist bone was shattered.
South underwent surgery and was released to return to work in June 2018, with restrictions.
