Kipper Returning as Insurance Commissioner

Scott Kipper is returning to helm the Nevada Division of Insurance, effective Feb. 27, Department of Business and Industry Director Terry J. Reynolds announced Tuesday. Kipper will succeed Barbara Richardson, who is resigning after serving as insurance commissioner since March 2016. Coincidentally, Richardson took over for Kipper following his resignation in July 2015. This will be Kipper’s third stint as commissioner.
