No Benefits for Caseworker's Alleged Injuries From Fall While Working at Home

The Court of Appeals for the 4th District of Texas on Wednesday ruled that a state employee was not entitled to benefits for her injuries from a fall she suffered while working at home. Edna Martinez had worked for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services as a caseworker.
