Proposed Rule Would Update Email Address on Notice

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division is proposing to revise its Preferred Worker Program rules to include a new agency email address. The rules would add “DCBS” — a reference to the division’s parent agency, the Department of Consumer and Business Services — to the Preferred Worker Program contact email. The new email address would be pwp.oregon@dcbs.oregon.gov. “This rule change is needed to ensure workers and employers have the correct information for contacting the Preferred Worker Program by email,” the WCD said in a rulemaking notice....
