Court Finds Worker Didn't Commit Fraud, Grants Summary Judgment

A New York appellate court ruled that an injured worker was entitled to summary judgment on his Labor Law claims and that he did not commit fraud against the court. Case: Fuentes v. 257 Toppings Path LLC, Nos. 2021-04928 and 2019-13479, 03/20/2024, published.
