Scranton Attorney Suspended for 18 Months

A Scranton attorney with a history of disciplinary problems has been suspended from practicing law for 18 months for failing to take action in three cases, including a 2008 claim for workers’ compensation.The order issued by the state Supreme Court against Nicholas E. Fick, 58, marks the fourth time since 1999 that he has been disciplined for mishandling cases.The workers’ compensation case, filed by Christopher A.
