A former medical assistant for a West Virginia medical center has filed suit against the company, contending he was fired for filing a workers' compensation claim.The West Virginia Record reported that Samual Lee Carroll, of Cabell County, W.V., filed suit against Huntington Internal Medicine Group in Cabell Circuit Court on July 1.
