The Hartford is planning a new organizational structure that will take effect upon the closing of the company’s pending acquisition of global specialty insurer The Navigators Group.
Navigators operations, along with The Hartford’s current specialty commercial and middle-market businesses, will be assigned to two new units — global specialty, and middle and large commercial.
