Railway Company Ordered to Pay Worker $85,000 in Retaliation Case

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has ordered a Massachusetts railway company to pay $85,000 to a worker who was subjected to retaliation after reporting an injury. Springfield Terminal Railway Inc. must pay the worker $10,000 in compensatory damages, $75,000 in punitive damages, and attorney’s fees.
