The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation is seeking comment on any changes needed to administrative rules regarding medical reimbursement disputes and attorney fees.
The division's deputy commissioner for legal services, Kara Mace, said in a bulletin that the agency is reviewing the Texas Administrative Code, chapters 140-144 and 147-148, which govern dispute resolutions, along with chapters 150, 152 and 156, regarding representation before the agency and attorney fees.
