The Victoria Independent School District awarded its contract for third-party administration of its workers’ compensation program to Tristar Risk Management at the district’s school board meeting on Thursday.The three-year contract with Tristar will save the district approximately $128,000 in workers’ compensation costs over the life of the contract, according to district Benefits Coordinator Tracy Beck.
