Injured workers in Nevada who travel for medical appointments after Friday will be reimbursed at a rate of 58.5 cents per mile, the Workers’ Compensation Section announced.
The standard mileage reimbursement rate increased from last year’s rate of 56 cents per mile.
Reimbursement rates for the costs that state workers incur while using a private vehicle for official state business increased to 58.5 cents per mile from 56 cents. Injured workers are reimbursed at the same rate as state workers.
