The owner of a Queens, N.Y., trucking company and an associate are facing criminal charges that the owner obtained coverage through the associate's name to avoid paying past workers' compensation premiums to the New York State Insurance Fund.NYSIF said Thursday detectives from the Queens District Attorney's Office arrested Dwight Absolom and Joan Harris on June 10.
