Civil Defendant Cannot Seek Apportionment of Fault to Injured Plaintiff's Employer

The Arkansas Court of Appeals ruled that the Uniform Contribution Among Tortfeasors Act does not allow for the apportionment of fault to a nonparty employer that is immune from civil liability. Case: Industrial Iron Works Inc. v. Hodge, No. CV-18-630, 01/29/2020, published. Facts: Larry Hodge lost his lower leg and foot while working for Greenpoint AG in 2014.
