Reimbursement Cap for Medical-Only Claims Increasing to $2,400

Oregon employers will be allowed to reimburse up to $2,400 in medical costs on accepted, non-disabling claims next year to reduce the impact the claim would otherwise have on their experience modifications. The Workers’ Compensation Division on Tuesday announced the employer-reimbursed medical services cost cap will increase to $2,400 in 2023 from $2,300.
