The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation will hold a public hearing on April 25 on three rule amendments it proposed Thursday, the bureau said in an email. The BWC also filed three final rules on Thursday.
The proposed amendments concern payment for outpatient medication, and the BWC's committee on pharmacy and therapeutics.
