The Texas Department of Insurance announced that the National Council on Compensation Insurance filed proposed rule changes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The filing proposes to revise and establish rules for the treatment and reporting of employer payments for workers furloughed due to the pandemic. NCCI proposes that Item B-1441 apply to policies effective on and after March 1.
