DWC: SB 863 Doing Everything Intended

The Division of Workers’ Compensation on Thursday published a report outlining how California’s workers’ compensation reforms enacted in 2012 have brought down costs for employers, raised disability benefits for applicants and brought medical treatment more in line with evidence-based guidelines.
