A New York appellate court ruled that a worker should not have been granted summary judgment on a Labor Law claim based on a fall from a ladder.  Case: Orellana v. Mo-Hak Associates LLC, No. 11503 303001/16, 05/14/2020, published. Facts: Jose Delcid Orellana fell from a ladder while painting an apartment in a building owned by Mo-Hak Associates LLC.
