QME Takes Case for Reappointment to Appeals Board

A cardiologist from Southern California petitioned the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board to order his immediate reinstatement as a qualified medical evaluator and to prohibit the future use of alleged underground rules he says the Division of Workers’ Compensation relied upon when it refused to reappoint him.
