OAKLAND, Calif. — The Division of Workers’ Compensation should consider delaying until the start of next year the launch of its prescription drug formulary, according to people who spoke during a public hearing Monday in Oakland.
While people testifying also recommended tweaks to some provisions in the proposed rules and said they appreciated the work the division put into developing the regulations, a common refrain was that a six-month delay in implementation would be best.
