The Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Commission is accepting public comment on proposed rule changes that would loosen some requirements on independent medical examiners and would cap penalties for failure to obtain comp insurance at $50,000 for a first offense. The rulemaking, announced by the commission on Wednesday, would modify regulations in other ways: Penalty reductions.
