A Palm Beach police officer has sued the town to ask a judge how much money the town is entitled to from a $100,000 settlement he received from an on-the-job vehicle accident, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.
Court records show that Officer Samuel Riley’s suit was filed on Oct. 29 by attorney Jonathan Levy.
