Governor Reappoints Bentley to Physician Assistance Board

Gov. Rick Perry announced Friday he has reappointed Margaret K. Bentley of DeSoto to the Texas Physician Assistant Board for a term to expire Feb. 1, 2015.The board establishes and maintains standards used to regulate physician assistants.Bentley is a retired chief operating officer and chief financial officer for Autism Treatment Centers of Texas.She is the chief financial officer of the Texas Chapter of the American Association of University Women and past secretary of the Mental Health Association of America and American Lung Association Board.Bentley also is a co-founder and past president...
