Younger Drobot Seeks Sentence Reduction

Michael R. Drobot is asking a federal judge in Southern California to shave four months off the 41-month prison sentence she handed down in March to reflect what he says is new evidence establishing that the kickbacks paid to physicians who referred patients to Pacific Hospital of Long Beach did not incentivize doctors to perform medically unnecessary procedures.
