Utah Labor Commissioner Sherrie Hayashi announced on Tuesday the appointment of Heather E. Gunnarson as the new Director of the Labor Commission's Adjudication Division.The division hears workers' compensation, employment and housing discrimination and occupational safety cases.Gunnarson graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, and is an attorney licensed to practice in Utah.
