The Montana Department of Labor and Industry announced new workers’ compensation rates for the next fiscal year.
The department has approved $1,034 as the maximum weekly compensation rate from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, for temporary total disability and permanent total disability benefits, according to a news release.
