Matrix Absence Management named Marti Cardi vice president of product compliance, a role in which she will be responsible for developing the company’s disability management, Federal Medical Leave Act/leave of absence and workers’ compensation administration programs.
Cardi will also be responsible for developing absence, compliance and employer best practices.
Matrix is headquartered in Phoenix and has claim hubs in California, New York, Texas and Oregon. The company is a member of Tokio Marine Group.
