Blue Cross Blue Shield Offering Comp Coverage to Small Businesses

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts has begun offering workers' compensation coverage to small businesses in the state. Indigo Insurance Services, Blue Cross' wholly owned specialty benefits subsidiary, introduced workers' compensation in mid-2017 to small businesses with up to 100 employees. The benefit is administered by Compnet and underwritten by Berkshire Hathaway Guard.
