Senate Committee to Consider Allowing S-Corporation Shareholders to Reject Comp

The Missouri Senate Fiscal Oversight Committee has scheduled an executive session to discuss a measure that would allow certain shareholders of S corporations to opt out of workers' compensation coverage.  The executive session is scheduled for 8 a.m. today in the Bingham Conference Room of the Missouri State Capitol building in Jefferson City.  House Bill 289, by Rep.
