Timothy Howlin Named SVP at Rising Medical Solutions

Rising Medical Solutions, a provider of medical management and cost containment services for workers’ comp, has hired Timothy Howlin as senior vice president of sales and marketing. In his new role, Howlin will be responsible for increasing revenue and gross margin, developing and executing a growth strategy, and leading sales teams.
