Oregon’s Department of Consumer and Business Services has revised its workers’ compensation statistical plan rules for 2018.
The revised rules will require that carrier rate filings be accompanied by a transmittal letter containing information listed on the Division of Financial Regulation website. The rules will also require carriers to duplicate filings made to DCBS and submit them to the state’s rating organization, the National Council on Compensation Insurance.
The rules adopted Oct. 5 will go into effect Jan. 1.
