Feds Move to Revoke Bond of Former TPA Chief

The FBI on Saturday put the former chief executive of a Pennsylvania third-party administrator (TPA) back in jail Saturday, and prosecutors were petitioning to revoke his bond.Federal authorities told the Scranton Times-Tribune that Charles Costanzo, 48, was taken back into custody at his home in Dunmore, N.J., and is being held in Lackawanna County Prison.
