Bill to Allow Workers to Sue on Bad-Faith Claims Sent to Fiscal Analysis Team

Researchers may soon draw up a fiscal note on a bill that would allow workers to sue employers, insurers or third-party administrators who unreasonably contest liability or delay payments. House Bill 6666 was sent to the Connecticut General Assembly's Offices of Legislative Research and Fiscal Analysis last Wednesday.
