The Mississippi Court of Appeals ruled that a grant of summary judgment in a worker’s civil suit had to be overturned and his case reconsidered in light of the state Supreme Court’s recent guidance on judicial estoppel when a worker has failed to disclose potential litigation in bankruptcy.
